Brett's fantastic! Always available on our crazy schedule to answer questions, even going over to the house if necessary. His expert advise made us aware of tricky situations or things to consider that we might otherwise have missed. He made buying a home from out of state pretty seamless!

If you ever needed a patient realtor, Brett is your guy! I put him through the ringer, going back and forth between properties. He was always willing to allow me as much time as I needed. I wasn't even sure I was eligible to buy a house, but with his help as well a Tammy with USA Mortgage, I was able to buy the house I truly loved! I will always use Brett in the future!
