Plus I'll have the opportunity to personally discuss the move with the REALTOR® to make certain they understand any specific needs or expectations with the move - and I'll follow up to insure those steps are followed through!

 

If a corporate relocation package is offered, I can still help coordinate and provide guidance, the only caveat is that it's critical I'm contacted first.  All corporate benefits will stay the same for the transfer with no loss of service.

  • Transferee's name and all contact information
  • Destination or the general metro area
  • Timeframe and any dates of homefinding trips
  • Reason for the move
  • If selling a home, we'll need the address and basic stats
