May and June of 2016 represent the hottest real estate market in a decade! Those who were prepared reaped the financial benefits in a big way.

Profit During that 60-day period, homes in move-in condition were receiving multiple offers their first day on the market! It was common for homes to sell for 2-5% OVER list price.
